Terms and Conditions.

The following are the terms and conditions for use of and purchase of products from fredomahonywoodturning.com.   Use of the site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms, which may at any time be amended.  Your use at anytime thereafter constitutes your agreement to be bound by the terms as amended.

Returns.

If you change your mind for any reason please contact us within 3 days of having your order.  Email us at info@fredomahonywoodturning.com  You can mail it back to us in the original packaging at your expense for an alternative or a refund.  We are sorry but we cannot refund the original shipping charge.

Breakages and discrepancies

If an item arrives broken or where there are incorrect items on your order, please contact us immediately either by email or +353 87 9621166 and we will assist you immediately.

If something is broken, we will request a photograph of the damage, which can be forwarded by email to info@fredomahonywoodturning.com

Please ensure product is returned in original packaging and resalable condition, as a refund or exchange will not be authorised unless these conditions are met.  As soon as we receive the returned product it will be inspected by us, please include a note stating the reason for the product return, along with your name, address, daytime contact phone number.

Deliveries.

We aim to dispatch your order within 5 working days of order, you are responsible for providing correct delivery address, telephone number and contact details.  We cannot accept responsibility for late or non-delivery if recipient address and telephone details are insufficient or incorrect. Deliveries are always made during office hours, please provide a mobile number or other instructions, you feel the delivery driver may require.
